Bryan Sauer

Bryan Sauer is a Principal for The Catalyst Group and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, structuring and negotiating transactions, leading due diligence and managing portfolio investments.
Bryan brings a focus on delivering organic and acquisitive growth.
Prior to joining The Catalyst Group, Bryan spent thirteen years with Emerson in corporate development and additional leadership roles at various business units that included strategic planning, business development, technology & solution development, and marketing.
Most recently, Bryan led the global business development team responsible for solutions in the upstream and midstream markets.
Prior to Emerson he was an engineer for Pfizer and Applied Control Engineering.
Bryan earned a B.S.
in chemical engineering from The University of Delaware and an MBA from The University of Notre Dame.
He lives with his wife and two children in Houston, Texas.
