Mr. Artur Mokrzycki is in charge of PBW I, a fully invested €600 million real estate fund and for it's successor, PBW II Fund, as well as other related asset management companies in Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary.
After completing an MBA at the HEC Group in France in 1992, Artur Mokrzycki joined Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations Real Estate Department as a Project Manager responsible for the Central European real estate investment program.
In this capacity he has been involved with the development of €240 million of real estate in over the last years in Prague, Budapest and Warsaw.
Mr Mokrzycki graduated as a Civil Engineer in 1983 with honours from Politechnika in Cracow (Poland) and from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris (postgraduate) in 1985 after which he joined Bouygues Group where he was responsible for various construction projects in France until 1990.
