Earlier, he was a Staff Officer in the Budget Department of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, where he was responsible for the deployment and supervision of Israel's multi-billion dollar defense budget.
Mr. Avnet received his B.A.
in Economics, Cum Laude, from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 1994 and his M.B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Tel Aviv University in 1997.
