Mandia, aged 57 yrs, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 1998 and October 1998, respectively.
Mr. Mandia is responsible for all financial, treasury, information systems, facilities and investor relations functions.
Mr. Mandia also is an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of all of our subsidiaries.
From 1974 to 1998, Mr. Mandia was associated with CoreStates Financial Corp.
where he last held the position of Chief Financial Officer from February 1997 to April 1998.
