Tomas Slacík

Mr. Tomas Slacík is a Research Analyst at Österreichische Nationalbank.
He started his career as a Research visitor at Halle Institute for Economic Research (IWH).
From July 2003 to September 2005, he was a Research visit at Centro de Investigaciones Economicas in Córdoba, Argentina.
From October 2005 to November 2005, he did an internship at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, Germany's Risk Management Department.
From July 2008 to June 2009, he was an external advisor to Deputy Vice Prime Minister for European Affairs at the Government of the Czech Republic.
From April 2010 to March 2012, he was a country expert for selected EU countries at the European Central Bank.
He holds a Ph.D.
from the University of Vienna, a Master’s Degree in Economics (Diplom) from the University of Leipzig, and an Undergraduate study in Economics (Vordiplom) from Bonn.
