Mr. Steve M.
Welborn is a Managing Director at Wynnchurch Capital Ltd.
Prior to joining Wynnchurch in January 2009, Mr. Welborn served as Chief Operating Officer of Gateway Marketing International, a full service direct marketing agency in Chicago.
Before that, he spent 13 years with AT&T in a variety of executive capacities, including Regional Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Sales and Service.
He also served as Managing Director leading the start-up of the flagship office of Adams Harris, Inc., a VC-funded professional financial services firm in Chicago.
Mr. Welborn earned a BSBA in Finance, with honors, from the College of Business-University of Missouri in Columbia and an MBA in Finance from St. Louis University-John M.
Cook School of Business.
