Robert M. Carney

Mr. Robert M.
Carney, Sr. MBA, is Chief Operating Officer at American Stock Transfer & Trust Co. Mr. Carney joins AST after 30 years tenure with Mellon Investor Services prior to and after its merger with The Bank of New York.
While there he managed product development, marketing, management, operations and technology investments for its Shareholder Services group, and was instrumental in merging each company's Stock Transfer business units.
Mr. Carney is a member of the Shareholder Services Association, Unclaimed Property Liaison Group and has twice served both on the board and as Vice President of the Stock Transfer Association.
Mr. Carney is a summa cum laude graduate of Saint Peter's College with a BS in Business Management and a MBA in International Business.
