Ralph D. Feigin

Dr. Feigin has been a scientific advisor to Yellowstone and Houston Medical Sciences Limited (HMSL) since HMSL's formation in November of 1993.
Dr. Feigin served as President and CEO of the Baylor College of Medicine from January of 1996 until the end of February 2003.
He is currently the J.S.
Abercrombie Professor of Pediatrics and Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at the Baylor College of Medicine and Physician-in-Chief of the Texas Children's Hospital, positions he has held since 1977.
He is also Physician-in-Chief, Pediatric Services, Ben Taub General Hospital, and Chief of the Pediatric Service, The Methodist Hospital.
Dr. Feigin has received many awards, including the American Academy of Pediatrics Medical Education Lifetime Achievement Award in 1997.
He received his A.B. degree from Columbia College in New York City in 1958 and his M.D.
degree from Boston University School of Medicine in 1962.
He completed a pediatric internship at the Boston City Hospital from 1962-63 and served as a pediatric resident at the Boston City Hospital from 1963-64 and at the Massachusetts General Hospital from 1964-65.
Dr. Feigin subsequently completed a research assignment with the United States Army Research Institute of Infectious Diseases in Frederick, Maryland from 1965-67.
