The Industrial Park is strategically located near the Port of Eagle Pass Second International Bridge and will benefit from the upcoming Texas Department of Transportation State Loop 480 project, which will enhance access for businesses and transportation companies. The private company is located in the US. The organization consists of over 150 businesses and individuals focused on increasing economic activity in the area. MCDC manages the Eagle Pass Industrial Park, which was established on 188 acres of land to incentivize businesses and manufacturers to locate or expand their operations. Approximately 100 acres have been sold to various business interests, resulting in the establishment of manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution centers that employ more than 400 area residents. About 80 acres remain available for further business and industrial development.
