Mr. Tobias joined Behrman Capital in 1992.
He is a former Managing Director and General Partner of Bear, Stearns & Co. and served in various positions with the firm for 20 years.
From 1975 to 1985, he had management responsibilities for the investment banking operations of the firm and headed both the Investment Banking and Commitment committees.
Mr. Tobias resigned from Bear Stearns in 1987 but has retained an affiliation with the firm as a Managing Director emeritus.
He is an active private investor and a member of the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
He was the National Chairman of the Anti-Defamation League, a leading worldwide Jewish human relations organization.
