Fides P. Baldesberger

Ms. Baldesberger has been the Board Member at Swisscom AG since April 26, 2005.
In 1985, she assumed the management of Outils Rubis SA in Stabio and since 1987 has also been the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
She has also been the sole shareholder of Outils Rubis SA since the 1990s.
