Fidelis Oditah

Mr. Fidelis Oditah is a Chairman at Vetiva Capital Management Ltd. He specializes in commercial law, company law, corporate finance, capital markets, asset-based financing, financial services, banking, insolvency, telecommunications and E-Commerce.
He is a director of Bank PHB, as well as being a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Commercial Bar Association and the Chancery Bar Association.
He is also an ICC and LCIA Arbitrator.He was called to the English Bar in July 1992 (Lincoln's Inn), was appointed Queen’s Counsel (QC) in 2003 and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in 2004.
He is a Senior Member of 3-4 South Square, Gray's Inn, London, a leading London commercial chambers as well as being the Principal Partner of Fidelis Oditah & Co a leading legal firm based in Nigeria.

Oditah was educated at the University of Lagos (LLB - First Class Honours) and at Magdalen College, Oxford where he received his MA, BCL and DPHIL (Oxon) degrees.
He was a Travers Smith Braithwaite lecturer in Corporate Finance Law, Oxford University from 1989 to 1997 and a Fellow and Tutor in Law at the Merton College, Oxford and has been a Visiting Professor at the Oxford University Law Faculty since 2000.
