Ms. Toomey graduated cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law (J.D., 2004), where she was selected for the Order of the Coif and served as membership editor of the Northwestern University Law Review in 2003-2004.
She was a member of the National Moot Court Team and was a semi-finalist in the Julius Minor Moot Court Competition, where she was honored with Best Brief.
Ms. Toomey received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with high distinction (B.A., 2000).
