David B. Christofferson

David B. Christofferson has been Chief Financial Officer of Venoco, Inc. since November 2004.
He was Chief Financial Officer of Marquez Energy from November 2002 to November 2004.
Prior to joining Marquez Energy, Mr. Christofferson was General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer of Esenjay Exploration, Inc. from 1988 to May 2002.
He was a Private Consultant.
Mr. Christofferson received BA and JD degrees from the University of Oklahoma and an MS degree from the Phillips University.
