Constance Delzant

Ms. Constance Delzant is Community Organization & Relationship Manager at Boston Community Capital, Inc since March 2011.
Prior to joining BCC, Ms. Delzant worked as French attorney licensed with the Paris Bar.
In Paris, she had a strong litigation practice with a focus in commercial and contract law.
In 2007, Constance decided to specialize further in Banking and Finance and attended Boston University School of Law.
Ms. Delzant graduated in 2008 with a masters in Banking and Financial Law and a concentration in Securities Transactions.
Most recently, she worked as a HUD approved Housing Counselor and Foreclosure Prevention Manager at the Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH) where she assisted over 400 homeowners requesting home loan modifications and other workouts under the US Treasury’s Making Home Affordable Program and/or investor guidelines.
