From 1988 to 1992, he was on active duty in the U.S.
Army Special Forces and is a decorated combat veteran.
Mr. Neigut graduated magna cum laude from Pacific Lutheran University with a B.B.A. in Finance in 1995 and was a Fulbright Research Scholar from 1995 to 1997 in Europe.
