Yong Liang Liu

Yong Liang Liu is the Chairman of Canggang Railway Ltd., which he founded in 2018.
He is also currently the Chairman of Cangzhou Canggang Railway Co. Ltd.
since 2009, Vice Chairman-Council of Beijing AiEr Foundation since 2016, and Director of Canggang Railway International Co. Ltd., Puji Global Ltd., Canggang Railway (Hong Kong) Ltd., Puji Railway Global Holdings Ltd., and Cangzhou Railway Logistics Services Co. Ltd.
Mr. Liu previously held positions as Director of Tianjin European Industrial Park Co. Ltd.
from 2005 to 2012, Director of Tianjin Meidan Xinghua International Trading Co. Ltd.
from 2005 to 2011, General Manager of Huanghua Port Xinghua Port Development Co. Ltd.
from 2005 to 2007, and General Manager of Chengyu Railway Co. Ltd.
from 2007 to 2015.
He was also a Member-Supervisory Board of Cangzhou Huiyuan Materials Co. Ltd.
in 2008.
Mr. Liu holds an MBA from Peking University, a graduate degree from Naval University of Engineering, and an undergraduate degree from Correspondence Institute of The Party School of C.C of C.P.C.
