Margareth Øvrum

Margareth Øvrum is currently serving as the Chairman of Helse Bergen Hospital Group.
She also holds several current positions as an Independent Director at FMC Corp., Transocean Ltd., and Harbour Energy Plc.
Additionally, she is a Director at Technip Offshore Holdings Ltd., TechnipFMC plc, FJORD BASE HOLDING AS, and Fox Innovation & Technologies, Inc. In her former roles, Ms. Øvrum served as a Director at Siemens AG and Elkem ASA. She was an Independent Director at Atlas Copco AB from 2010 to 2017, Ratos AB from 2009 to 2014, and Alfa Laval AB from 2015 to 2019.
She also held positions at the University of Bergen and Noregs forskingsråd.
Furthermore, she served as the Executive VP-Development & Production Brazil at Equinor ASA from 2018 to 2021 and as the Executive VP-Technology & New Energy at Statoil Hydro Canada Exploration, Inc. from 2007 to 2011.
Earlier in her career, she was the Senior Vice President-Operations at Veslefrikk AS from 1996 to 1999.
Ms. Øvrum obtained her graduate degree from the Norwegian University of Science & Technology in 1981.
