Dr. Jusuf obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Indonesia in 1982 and his doctorate degree from the University of Indonesia in 2009.
He also attended Universitas Trisakti for his undergraduate studies and Universitas Pelita Harapan for his graduate degree in 2003.
