Diosdado Peralta

Diosdado Madarang Peralta is currently serving as an Independent Director at several companies, including San Miguel Corp., International Container Terminal Services, Inc., Manila Hotel Corp., Philippine Business Bank, and Bloomberry Resorts Corp.
He also holds the position of President at the Integrated Bar of the Philippines since 2000.
In his former roles, Mr. Peralta worked as a Senior Assistant Manager-Personnel at Cosmos Bottling Corp.
He also served as a Professor at various institutions, including the University of Santo Tomas, the University of the East, San Sebastian College-Recoletos, the University of the Philippines College of Law, Ateneo De Manila Law School, Philippine Christian University Law School, and San Beda College of Law.
Additionally, he worked as a General Manager at Ace Agro Corp.
and was a Member of the Corps of Professors.
Mr. Peralta completed his undergraduate degree at Letran College in 1974.
He later obtained a graduate degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 1979 and a doctorate degree from Northwestern University in 2010.
