Beschreibung der Geschäftstätigkeit: Outokumpu Oyj

Outokumpu Oyj ist einer der weltweit führenden Hersteller von rostfreien Stählen. Der Nettoumsatz gliedert sich wie folgt nach Tätigkeitsbereichen:
- Verkauf von allgemeinen Stahlprodukten (95,3%): Walzprodukte, Bleche, Flachstahl usw. Die Gruppe ist auch in der Ferrochromproduktion tätig. Der Nettoumsatz verteilt sich auf die geografischen Gebiete Europa (71,6%) und Amerika (28,4%);
- Ferrochrom-Produktion (3%);
- Sonstige (1,7%): hauptsächlich Beteiligungen an Industriekonzernen.
Der Nettoumsatz verteilt sich geographisch wie folgt: Finnland (3,5%), Europa (61,2%), Nordamerika (28,7%), Asien/Pazifik (5,3%) und Sonstige (1,3%).
