Die Bystronic AG, ehemals Conzzeta AG, ist eine diversifizierte Holdinggesellschaft mit Sitz in der Schweiz, die sowohl im Industrie- als auch im Konsumgüterbereich tätig ist. Die Aktivitäten des Unternehmens sind in drei Hauptsegmente gegliedert: Das Segment Blechverarbeitung (Bystronic) bietet Lösungen für die Verarbeitung von Blechen und anderen Plattenmaterialien an; das Segment Chemical Specialties entwickelt, produziert und verarbeitet spezielle Schaumstoffe (FoamPartner) und bietet Überdrucklacke und Kaschierklebstoffe für die grafische Industrie und die Verpackungsindustrie (Schmid Rhyner) an, und das Segment Sporting Goods (Mammut) entwickelt und vermarktet Kletter-, Bergsteiger-, Wander-, Bergtrainings- und Wintersportausrüstung.
