Victor A. Cohn

Prior to joining Rosemont Solebury, Mr. Cohn was Chairman at Dwango North America Corp., a Managing Director at Union Bank of Switzerland, a Managing Director at Salomon Brothers, Non-Executive Chairman at Dwango Wireless, a Principal at Wall Street Access, and Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. He also served on the board at Peregrine Systems, Inc., PrintCafe Software, Inc., and Verity, Inc. He also founded Alley Capital Partners- a joint venture with Wit Capital.
Serving as Chairman, Victor oversaw the firm’s objective of providing advisory services and financing for early-stage companies.
After Alley Capital, Victor founded Focal Point Partners, a New York based business management firm where he served as CEO.
Mr. Cohn received his BS in Finance degree from Pennsylvania State University.
