Herr Scott Egan ist Chief Executive Officer bei Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Plc und Executive Director & CEO-UK Division bei RSA Insurance Group Plc. Er ist Mitglied des Board of Directors bei RSA Insurance Group Plc, Codan A/S, Royal & Sun Alliance Reinsurance Ltd, The Marine Insurance Co. Ltd. und Codan Forsikring A/S. Vor RSA war Herr Egan Interim Chief Executive Officer bei Towergate Insurance, nachdem er zuvor den Posten des Chief Financial Officer innehatte.
