Ron Silliman

Mr. Silliman is a principal analyst in Gartner Research, where he focuses on infrastructure services in North America with an emphasis on hardware support services and the role of partnerships in service delivery.
Mr. Silliman also follows the support experience of teleworkers.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Silliman worked in a variety of services marketing and market intelligence positions for ComputerLand, Vanstar, TSS and IBM.
Previous to his IT experience, he held a series of executive positions in the non-profit sector.
Mr. Silliman attended San Francisco State University and the University of California at Berkeley.
He has taught at San Francisco State University and the University of California at San Diego.
