Mr. Muhlebach is appointed at WSIB in February, 2010.
He founded and served nineteen years as president of a commercial property management and leasing company which he sold to the national real estate firm of Kennedy Wilson, and served as the company's senior managing director.
He also served as the vice president of leasing for a Northwest developer, served as the vice president of two California developers, is the co-author of seventeen books on commercial real estate, and has written over 100 articles for regional, national, and international publications.
Mr. Muhlebach teaches for the Commercial Brokers Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, Building Owners and Managers Association and the University of Washington.
He was an instructor for the International Council of Shopping Centers and Orange Coast College; taught seminars and lectured across the United States and in Singapore, China, Taiwan, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Russia and Canada; served as the 1998 international president of the Institute of Real Estate Management; and was president of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors.
He is a Counselor of Real Estate, Certified Property Manager, Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager, and Real Property Administrator.
Mr. Muhlebach is a graduate of San Francisco State University.
