Richard Kincaid

Richard is a board manager of Saisei Ventures, overseeing the governance of the management entities.
He is the CFO, an executive committee member, and a member of the board of directors of Healios K.K.
In his capacity as CFO of Healios, amongst broader strategic management activities, he manages finance and accounting, legal and licensing, and investor relations for the firm.
He also serves as the President & CEO of Healios N.A., Inc., the United States based operating subsidiary of Healios.
Prior to joining Healios, Richard was the President, a member of the Investment and Management Committees, director and shareholder of Nezu Asia Capital Management, a Hong Kong based equity long/short hedge fund manager where he was a partner for 16 years.
Prior to his career at Nezu, He was an Associate in the Equities Division at Goldman Sachs (Japan).

Richard received a BA, magna cum laude, in East Asia Studies from Harvard University in 1999.
