Prior to joining Madison Marquette in 2009, Mr. Walmsley served as a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured where he was responsible for marketing and executing retail property transactions, including the $2.75 billion First Washington Portfolio Sale, the $234 million recapitalization of Madison Marquette-owned Bay Street in Emeryville, California, the $345 million joint venture and related mezzanine and senior construction financings for Park Lane in Dallas, the $170 million sale of Whalers Village in Maui, Hawaii and the $163 million sale of Burbank Empire Center in Burbank, California.
