Monica Y. Lai

Prior to joining Quadrangle in 2008, Ms. Lai was a Senior Associate at Harvest Partners where she evaluated private equity opportunities in the specialty retail, restaurants and consumer sectors.
She was also an Associate at McCown DeLeeuw & Co., a private equity firm, and an investment banking analyst at Rothschild Inc. She has an M.B.A from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and graduated with a B.A.
in public policy from Stanford University.
