Shenkman Capital Management, Inc. (Shenkman) is an independent SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City, with offices in Stamford, Connecticut; and London, UK. It was founded by Mark R. Shenkman in 1985. The firm provides investment advisory services to a wide variety of clients through multiple platforms, including separately managed accounts, private funds, mutual funds and UCITS. Shenkman is a socially responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) which integrates environmental, social, and governance considerations into their investment process.

Founded in 2002, Resource Financial Fund Management, Inc. (RFFM) is a registered investment advisor and hedge fund manager located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The firm is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Resource America, Inc. (RAI). On September 8, 2016, RAI was acquired by C-III Capital Partners LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. C-III Capital Partners was formed in 2010 and owns a number of operating entities that are engaged in the business of owning, controlling, operating, managing, servicing, and providing other services related to real estate and real estate-related assets. C-III Capital Partners is controlled, indirectly, by Island Capital Group LLC (ICG), a Delaware limited liability company of which Andrew L. Farkas is the managing member. ICG is a private real estate merchant banking firm formed in 2003. RFFM provides investment advice to collateralized debt obligations, other collective investment vehicles for investors that are “accredited investors” and “qualified purchasers."
