Masaaki Kawano

Masaaki Kawano is currently the Deputy Chairman of ORIX Polska SA and a Director of several companies including ORIX Australia Corp.
Ltd., Thai ORIX Leasing Co., Ltd., and ORIX Rentec (Singapore) Pte Ltd. He also holds Director positions in various shipping companies such as Zeeman Marine Corp., Alioth Shipping Corp., and Belfry Ocean, Inc. In the past, he served as Chairman of OMLF Servicer Corp.
and ORIX Glorious Stars, Inc. He was also the Chief Financial Officer & Deputy Managing Director of ORIX Leasing Malaysia Bhd.
and the Managing Director of ORIX Aviation Systems Ltd. Additionally, he was a Member-Supervisory Board of Rolinco NV and Robeco Hollands Bezit NV.
He briefly served as a Non-Executive Director of LOLC Holdings Plc in 2012 and was a Director of Indochina Capital Corp.
