Prior to that, he was Senior Director of Quantitative Research at DAIS Group from March 1996 to July 2001.
Prior to that, he was Director of Fixed Income Research with Interactive Data from June 1988 to June 1993.
Dr. Herzberg attended Yeshiva University from 1972 to 1982 receiving his PhD in Mathmatics.
