Roche is the founder of Norda Stelo, Inc. He currently holds director positions at Pursuit Vascular, Inc., Stenttech, Inc., RxFunction, Inc., BioVirex, Inc., and is the President of Roche Consulting LLC.
He previously held positions as CEO of Kinexum Development LLC, General Counsel at UnitedHealth Group, Inc., and Managing Partner at Vita Advisors LLC.
He also served as an Independent Director at Tactile Systems Technology, Inc., Virtual Radiologic Corp., Cogentix Medical, Inc., and on the boards of Uroplasty LLC, Oak Street Health, Inc., Genoa Healthcare LLC (Old), and Resiant Networks, Inc.
