Kent B. Godfrey

Kent B. Godfrey is a Director of Air Semiconductor Ltd., TRM Corp., Softcoin, Inc., Hipbone Communications, Pixel Devices International, Inc., Invention Machine Corp., and 4Home, Inc. He is a Member of the Board of Advisors for Cascade Works, eFORCE, Inc., Vividence, Inc. and PlanetHope.
Prior to joining Air Semiconductor, Mr. Godfrey was Chief Executive Officer of Andromedia, Inc. and Vice President of Strategic Business Development for Macromedia, Inc. Before that, he worked with IA Corp., Epoch Systems, Sequent Computer, Pyramid Technology, and Varian Associates, Inc. Previously, Mr. Godfrey was a Partner of Pond Ventures and Chairman of Frictionless Commerce, Inc. He has more than 22 years of executive management, strategic planning, sales, marketing and business development experience in the high-tech industry.
Mr. Godfrey received a BS degree in Operations Research from Babson College and an MS degree in Economics from the University of London.
