Kamal Amir Chinoy

Kamal Amir Chinoy is currently the Chairman of International Industries Ltd., the Non-Executive Chairman of International Steels Ltd., the Chairman of Aga Khan Foundation (Pakistan), Chairman of IIL Americas Inc., Chairman of IIL Construction Solutions Pvt Ltd., and Executive Director of Pakistan Cables Ltd.
He is also a Director of Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy, Pakistan Business Council, Pak Chemicals Ltd., IIL Australia Pty Ltd., and a Member of the International Chamber of Commerce Pakistan and Army Burn Hall College.
In the past, Mr. Chinoy has served as Chairman of The Aga Khan Foundation, Chairman of The Aga Khan University Foundation, and Chairman of Ngo Resource Centre.
He has also been an Independent Director of Lucky Core Industries Ltd., Askari Bank Ltd., and IGI Investment Bank Ltd.
Additionally, he has held positions as a Non-Executive Director of Atlas Insurance Ltd., Director of Atlas Battery Ltd., Director of NBP Fund Management Ltd., Director of Pakistan Security Printing Corp.
Ltd., Director of Atlas Power Ltd., and Independent Non-Executive Director of Jubilee Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
He has also served as the President of the Management Association of Pakistan.
Mr. Chinoy obtained his undergraduate degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
