Jon Goldberg joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is Senior Vice President and Controller.
Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Goldberg was a Vice President at JPMorgan where he served in successive roles as the Controller for the Prime Brokerage and Structured Credit businesses upon completion of the JPMorgan Chase Finance Associate Leadership Program.
Mr. Goldberg also worked as a media and telecom investment banker at Salomon Brothers/Citigroup, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.
Mr. Goldberg graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S.
in Business, and also received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
