Jennifer Hiatt

Jennifer is the Director of Recruiting and Human Resources at Greybull Stewardship where she is responsible for recruiting high level talent and human resource functions for Greybull Stewardship and the portfolio companies.
Previously, Jennifer held the position of Senior Associate at Spelman Johnson, a higher education executive search firm, where she successfully managed over 140 searches.
Jennifer also served in executive positions at four higher education institutions including the University of Arizona and New Mexico State University, where she was responsible for leading large complex student housing and student success programs.
In her role at the University of Arizona she was responsible for a housing operation that accounted for over $56 million annually.
Jennifer started her career in higher education management at Arizona State University.
Jennifer is a graduate of Arizona State University, where she earned her Master of Education degree and a BA in English.
Jennifer has served as the board chair of three non-profit organizations, including the Girl Scouts and two Humane Societies.
She spearheaded a successful capital campaign for the Girl Scouts.
Jennifer and her fiancé, Doug, split their time between Colorado and Stillwater, Oklahoma.
They enjoy being outdoors and exploring the mountains with their new puppy.
