Cooper is a Co-Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Martingale Asset Management LP and a Chief Operating & Compliance Officer at McDonnell & Associates PA. She is a Partner and a member of the board of directors.
She is also Chair of the risk committee.
She provides strategic and operational leadership for Martingale.
Prior to joining Martingale in 2007, Ms. Cooper served as a Controller at Modernista Ltd. and Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Inc. Jenn began her career at Price Waterhouse LLP, working in various units including the Investment Management Group.
She earned a B.S.
in accounting from Boston College.
She holds an Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional designation and serves on the Providence College Business Advisory Council.
