Jeffrey S. Piper

Jeff joined Svoboda Capital Partners (“SC”) in 2004 and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, leading due diligence, structuring and negotiating transactions, and managing portfolio company investments.
Jeff currently serves as chairman of Infinite Packaging Group and SWC Technology Partners.
Previously, Jeff was intimately involved with other SC portfolio companies, including OPT Holdings (Optronics/Primos), The Glover Park Group, Nth Degree, and Coffee Bean International.
He also serves on the boards of both the Illinois Venture Capital Association (IVCA) and Chicago Association of Private Equity Executives (CAPEX).
Prior to joining SC, Jeff spent four years with the Investment Banking group at Robert W.
Baird & Co. (“Baird”) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
During his tenure at Baird, Jeff focused the majority of his time on the business services and consumer industry groups.
Jeff is also actively involved in the community and is currently ATO Gamma Zeta House Corporation Vice Chairman, as well as supports the Sunshine through Golf Foundation, the National Kidney Foundation, and his parish.
Jeff holds a BS degree in Finance with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Organizational Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
