Jeffery Parncutt

Jeffery Bruce Parncutt is currently the Chairman of Lion Capital Pty Ltd. and a Director of The Australian Ballet.
He is also a Member of the Campaign Board at the University of Melbourne, a Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a Trustee of the Helen Macpherson Smith Trust.
In the past, he served as the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of McIntosh Securities Ltd. from 1990 to 1996.
He was also a Director of ASX Ltd. from 1981 to 2000 and a Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch (Australia) Pty Ltd. from 1997 to 1999.
Additionally, he served as the Chairman of the National Gallery of Victoria Foundation from 2005 to 2015 and as the President of The National Gallery of Victoria from 2013 to 2015.
He was an Independent Non-Executive Director of Praemium Ltd. from 2011 to 2013, a Non-Executive Director of Stuart Petroleum Pty Ltd. from 2010 to 2011, a Non-Executive Director of De Grey Mining Ltd. from 2019 to 2022, a Non-Executive Director of Acrux Ltd. from 2012 to 2016, and an Executive Director of DGO Gold Pty Ltd. from 2020 to 2022.
He also served as a Council Member of Melbourne Grammar School and was a Director of Vision Systems Pty Ltd.
