Previously, he spent 13 years at Charles Schwab Investment Management in increasingly substantial roles that culminated in his position as chief investment officer, responsible for $240 billion in client and shareholder assets.
He holds an undergraduate degree from Babson College and an MBA from the University of Chicago (Booth) School of Business.
He is a CFA charter holder.
