Jason White

Jason White joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer.
He is a Silver Lake Group professional based in the Menlo Park and Cupertino offices and oversees the Firm’s accounting and finance and information technology functions.
He currently serves as a director and chair of the audit committees of Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc., and on the board of Achievers.
Previously, he was a director of Ancestry.com, Smart Global Holdings, and Solarwinds, Inc. Prior to assuming responsibilities of the CFO, Jason was a Managing Director in the Silver Lake Partners and Alpine strategies.
Previously, he worked in the Media & Communications Investment Banking Group and the Convertible Products Group at Morgan Stanley.
Jason graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University with a B.S.E in Operations Research & Financial Engineering.
