Their geographic focus is on the US and Asia. In the US, the firm prefers to invest USD 3-5 million per round in early and expansion-stage deals and from USD 2-20 million in seed- to late-stage deals, spin-outs and restructurings of public companies in Asia. They seek to invest in companies with large addressable global markets, defensible competitive advantages and proven management teams that are focused on profitable and sustainable growth. PVP typically acts as lead investor and generally require a board seat, partnering with their investee companies to create value by providing guidance including strategy development, market and product definition, customer introductions and technology transfer and exit opportunities. The firm generally exits investments through IPOs and strategic sales.
