James Martin Owen was Chief Financial Officer of TNK-BP Ltd. until August 31, 2008.
Previously he served as he worked as Senior Auditor for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Brussels from 1970 to 1972.
Before that he served as Director of Finance Department in the Indonesia Division of Chevron from 1982 to 1987.
Prior to that Mr. Owen was Executive Director of Operations for Chevron Calson (Bermuda) and in Hyson (Nigeria).
He served as Chief Financial Officer of Tengizchevroil.
Mr. Owen received a degree from Liverpool College of Commerce.
