Ho Yin Wan

Ho Yin Wan is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2003.
He is also a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Hong Kong) since 2003.
In 2020, he became a Member of The Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association.
In his former positions, Mr. Wan served as a Non-Executive Director at Twintek Investment Holdings Ltd. from 2017 to 2023.
He was an Independent Non-Executive Director at Ganglong China Property Group Ltd. from 2019 to 2022.
He also worked as a Financial Director at Man King Holdings Ltd. in 2023.
Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager-Audit Department at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Hong Kong) from 2006 to 2014.
He worked as an Accountant at Asia Standard International Group Ltd. from 2004 to 2005 and as a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young Certified Public Accountants from 2000 to 2004.
He also briefly served as a Senior Accountant at Wang On Management Ltd. in 2006.
Mr. Wan obtained his undergraduate degree from Hong Kong Baptist University in 1999.
