Gregory Ovie Jobome

Gregory Ovie Jobome is currently the Chairman at Access Bank Mozambique Plc.
He is also an Executive Director & Chief Risk Officer at Access Bank Plc since 2017.
Additionally, he holds the position of Non-Executive Director at CRC Credit Bureau Ltd. Dr. Jobome is a Member of various professional associations including the Global Association of Risk Professionals, The Institute of Directors (United Kingdom), Royal Economic Society, Institute of Directors, International Association of Risk & Compliance Professionals, The Institute of Leadership & Management, and Risk Managers Association of Nigeria.
In the past, Dr. Jobome worked as a Deputy Manager at Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd. (Nigeria) from 1990 to 1994.
He was also a Project Research Associate at Manchester Business School from 1996 to 2001.
Dr. Jobome served as the President of the Risk Managers Association of Nigeria.
He was a Member of the Working Group on Regulatory Reforms at The Institute of International Finance, Inc. and a Member of the Capacity Building Committee at The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Dr. Jobome completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maiduguri in 1986.
He obtained an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1990.
He graduated from Loughborough University in 1994 with a degree and later earned a doctorate from the same university in 2002.
