McPhail is currently the Chairman at CloudMD Software & Services, Inc. He also holds director positions at GLENTEL, Inc., Rogers Media, Inc., Canadian Telecommunications Association Fran?ais, and is a member of The Law Society of Upper Canada, The Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association.
Previously, he served as the Secretary, Vice President & Associate Counsel at Rogers Communications, Inc. from 1991 to 2011.
He was also an Associate Lawyer at WeirFoulds LLP from 1987 to 1990 and held the position of Secretary, Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer at Rogers Bank.
Mr. McPhail graduated from the University of Windsor with a graduate degree and obtained his undergraduate degree from Carleton University.
