Frank Rizzo

Frank Rizzo has been a Director of Millennium Pharmacy Systems, Inc. since January 2004.
Prior to joining Millennium Pharmacy Systems, he was Group Managing Director of Public Finance for Fitch Ratings from 1995 to 2003.
Previously, Mr. Rizzo was Managing Director of Corporate Finance, Public Finance and the Structured Finance Department for Standard & Poor's Corp.
He began his career as an Internal Auditor at the Dun & Bradstreet Group.
