Dr. Carlo also currently works at Adamis Laboratories, Inc., as Chief Executive Officer, Adamis Viral Therapies, Inc., as Chief Executive Officer, Adamis Corp., as Chief Executive Officer, and Amytrx Therapeutics, Inc., as Director.
Dr. Carlo also formerly worked at DMK Pharmaceuticals Corp., as President, Chief Executive Officer & Director from 2009 to 2022, Merck & Co., Inc., as Director-Bacterial Vaccines & Immunology, Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Inc., as Director, Hybritech, Inc., as Vice President-Research & Development in 1987, Ernst & Young LLP (Missouri), as Principal, and Telos Pharmaceuticals LLC, as President.
Dr. Carlo received his undergraduate degree and doctorate degree from The Ohio State University.
