David B. Latham

Mr. Latham joined Delta Capital in 1997.
At Delta, he focuses on all phases of the investment process from the initial analysis to participating as a director.
His responsibilities include finding and evaluating investment opportunities, developing the investment term sheet, and ultimately monitoring and advising companies that Delta invests in.
Prior to Delta, he was with Chevron Pipeline Company where his responsibilities included strategic planning and business development for Chevron's Natural Gas and LPG pipelines.
Prior to Chevron Pipeline, Mr. Latham worked in the finance and strategic planning group for Chevron's Gulf of Mexico operations.
This was Chevron's largest United States-based Profit Center with annual revenue over $1 billion and a capital budget in excess of $500 million.
He managed the strategic planning process of the business unit as well as its capital budget and was responsible for reviewing economic evaluations of all capital projects.
Prior to his strategic planning roles, he spent five years in production operations.
Mr. Latham has extensive training and experience in strategic planning including the use of statistical decision analysis.
He currently serves on the boards of Delta's portfolio companies: Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, Inc., Air2Lan, Inc., Xtreme Energy, Inc., and Metatomix, Inc., Inc. He is also responsible for Delta's investments in Emageon, Inc. He is a member of the Board of Governors for the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies and is the treasurer for the Southern Region Association of Small Business Investment Companies.
In addition, he serves on the board of the Memphis Area Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Mr. Latham received his MBA with honors from Tulane University in New Orleans and his BS in Engineering cum laude from Mississippi State University.
